Catelli smart rotini, 454 grams
cesar dressing, 1 cup (Also can add 1 cup Italian dressing. If you do, add that to the calories for the recipe.)
Parmesan cheese, 5 tbsp
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
Yellow or green peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Unico black olives, 3/4 cup
green sliced olives, 1/2 cup
Bick's banana pepper rings, 17 pieces
Garlic and herb feta, 4 tbsp
Ottavio olive oil, 5 tbsp
Directions
1. In a large pot, cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, Italian salad dressing, Cesar dressing, red and green bell peppers, red onion, banana peppers, olives, feta, oil, parmesan and seasonings. Mix well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
