    Good
While this recipe was good, This really is not roasted. It is more boiled because of all the liquid. I even left out 1 cup of broth and it was still almost all the way covered with liquid. With this type of cooking the meat was very dry unless you put a lot of gravy on it. Our expectations were - 2/3/13

What could you use instead of the white wine? Neither my husband or I like wine. - 1/14/13

    Incredible!
I never ate pork loin before this. My mom didn't like pork so I got very little exposure to it. This was VERY good. Nice and tender with a great flavor! - 3/9/09

    Incredible!
This was the first time I'd ever made a tenderloin, so I was glad to find instructions! It came out great. We then used the leftovers in pulled pork sandwiches with bbq sauce, and it was good that way, too. - 1/25/09
