Ingredients

2 pack brown gravy mix
1 pack of good seasons Italian mix
1/2 pack of Hidden valley Buttermilk Ranch mix
1 cup of water
3.5 lbs of chuck roast
Directions
2 pack brown gravy mix
1 pack of good seasons Italian mix
1/2 pack of Hidden valley Buttermilk Ranch mix
1 cup of water
3.5 lbs of chuck roast
Stir all powders together , then add water.
Pour over chuck roast in crock pot (even though it looks like very little water there is plenty)
Cook on Low for 8 hours
Serves 14 and you get 4 oz of meat & goes great with red potaotes.
Enjoy!

sounds easy & yummy- fixed this yesterday for Easter gathering- baked in oven as there were several roasts & too much for slow cooker so baked in oven on low (350 degrees) for 5 1/2 hours... came out delicious... added potatoes, celery, mushrooms, & carrots last 2 hours & everyone raved over meal - 3/28/19

I've made a recipe similar to this for a long time, so I used my usual ingredients for the gravy and seasoning. The combination of seasoning packets were simply amazing taste-wise, tho it does add 2.9 g carbs that wouldn't be there if it were just beef roast & broth. Of course I added a few onions, 6 potatoes and 6 carrots for the DH (who LOVED this recipe btw). I'm on KETO (low carb) ate only meat & 1 onion. - 4/27/18
