Ingredients

    4 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 T Chopped onion
    1 T. Pickle relish
    1 T. Mayonnaise
    1 T. Yellow mustard
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

*preparation time includes time to hard cook eggs

Combine all ingredients, chill.

    To make this recipe PERFECT, add 1/2 tablespoon each of dill and paprika. Also, don't forget you can sub in celery or chives if you don't want the heavy onion taste. - 4/17/09
