Mmmmmmmmm - love this! I use nonfat milk, to save even more calories! (And espresso is wonderful instead of coffee.) Also, can add a tbsp of cocoa powder for a mocha smoothie! - 2/17/09

I used Cafe Bostelo (espresso), some cocoa powder, splenda, rum extract and some fat free liquid coffee-mate. DELISH!
Thanks for giving me an idea to work from.

Fake sweeteners aren't my thing, but with non-fat milk, I can justify a sprinkle of the real thing. :) This is so low-calorie, anyway. - 9/13/17

I second the idea of making coffee ice cubes. The smoothie is not watered down. I also used fat free milk plus a little bit of fat free french vanilla coffee creamer. This was refreshing and incredibly easy! - 8/14/11

Try making coffee ice cubes. They will not water down the drink. They also taste great in a glass of milk. - 8/1/10

    O.K.
I just made this and think its ok... I almost use 1 cup of ice and I think that made it taste to watery for me. Next time I make it I'm going to use less ice and see if I like it better. I also added 1T. french vanilla coffee mate. - 3/12/09
