Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Fake sweeteners aren't my thing, but with non-fat milk, I can justify a sprinkle of the real thing. :) This is so low-calorie, anyway.
It was very good! I, as well, added sugar free vanilla creamer and I also added sugar free chocolate syrup :0)
I second the idea of making coffee ice cubes. The smoothie is not watered down. I also used fat free milk plus a little bit of fat free french vanilla coffee creamer. This was refreshing and incredibly easy!
I used Cafe Bostelo (espresso), some cocoa powder, splenda, rum extract and some fat free liquid coffee-mate. DELISH!
Thanks for giving me an idea to work from.
Mmmmmmmmm - love this! I use nonfat milk, to save even more calories! (And espresso is wonderful instead of coffee.) Also, can add a tbsp of cocoa powder for a mocha smoothie!
Very Good!
I added a shot of sugar free french vanilla flavoring.
