This recipe was delicious and super easy to make. The pork chops were moist and had a great flavor to them. And you KNOW it's good when the hubs takes a bite and goes, "Mmmmmmmmm!" We will definitely be making this again. - 3/8/11

SWe had this for dinner last night and it was yummy. I used canned diced tomatoes and found it a bit watery for my taste, but would definitely make it again. I would probably strain the tomatos a bit first. The pork chops stayed moist and tender and it was a hit. - 3/3/09

(I didn't use the pepper strips since I didn't have one in the house.) I would remove the tomato but my husband really liked it with the tomato in it so...super quick and easy with thinner pork chops - dinner in 30 minutes! - 10/28/08

This was not only delicious, but also easy to make! My family usually finds pork chops tasteless and boring. They really enjoyed this meal! - 6/15/08

This was delicious. The pork chops were very tender! I left out the green peppers buy only because my kids don't like them. Thanks for the great recipe. - 4/12/08

I used canned diced tomatoes (I drained them), should have drained the canned baked beans as well as it was quite watery. Would definitely have again. I had it over a green salad while my son and husband had it with a baked potato. - 3/6/14

    O.K.
This was just ok for us. The veggies smelled great while cooking but tasted to sweet and while the pork chop was tender every now and again a bite would have a weird taste. We will not make again but we did finish it - 3/5/13

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe, but it was too much pepper for my taste, and it was a little too watery. Next time I would reduce the pepper to 1/2 to 3/4 tsp, and I'd drain the canned tomatoes. Very good flavor overall, and super easy to make! - 6/18/12

I love how easy this sounds. BF doesn't like green pepper but loves red or yellow so I think I'll give it a try. - 7/6/08
