We've made these for years, they're yummy! Very versatile;put on whatever you have on hand. Also, we flatten our muffs with a rolling pin first...makes them bigger and can pile on the veggies. Very filling that way! - 12/26/07

I'd like to suggesting using Arnold 100% whole wheat sandwich thins instead of bagels for fewer calories. It's a convenient snack or addition to soup or salad for lunch. - 6/29/09

My hubby and I had this last night and it was wonderful! We used the whole wheat english muffins and whole wheat pita for the crust. The pita has a better "thin crust Pizza" taste than the english muffins. Tuesday night is pizza night and this will help make that day healthy! - 7/9/08

This was such a great craving buster....I threw some of all the veggies on each pizza and didn't use any pineapple. I also used veggie shreds instead of mozarella cheese and although it didn't melt 100% it was amazing! I can't wait to have this again!!! - 1/9/08

Excellent!!! A great way to eat healthy and teach children that eating healthy can be fun and tasty too. I let my daughter choose her own toppings while I go for the veggies. She also loves to help me makes them. Also this is a great snack idea for a football game or similar event. - 3/19/07

I've been making these for years and years and I like to make them with bagels or the new bagel thins because I like the texture better than that of English muffins. I have tried the new sandwich thins as well but I still like the bagels the best. Bagels hold the different toppings real well too. - 10/3/11

I recall when I was a child I had this type of pizza every summer at sleep-away camp in the Adirondacks of NY.

No pinapples, but, thin slices of yellow squash pre-grilled.

This recipe bring back great memories. Thank you.

WAY too many calories here. A serving size is 1/2 an english muffin, you can't eat just one serving....you got to be kidding me. I did make this for my kids when they were younger, they would eat 6 serving; I would eat 4-5. This would be a nice side to a low calories soup or salad though.

I do something similiar, but use tortillas..the small ones. It makes a yummy, thin crust, and you can still use minimal sauce. I might put a little more than just 1Tbs cheese, but still better than a real pizza. Briefly sautéing the veggies draws moisture to prevent sogginess. Add salad-makes a mea - 12/26/08

Might I suggest whole wheat pitas instead of English muffins? Then it's like thin-crust, and yet more filling. Also, where's the rest of the rainbow? I'm drawing a blank on the blue, but how about some red onion, cabbage, or eggplant for the indigo/violet? ;) - 8/15/07
