Ingredients

    Spray for greasing mugs
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp white flour
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tbsp spenda sugar mix
    2.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
    pinch salt
    1/4 cup apple sauce or 3 T oil
    6 Tbsp almond milk (or dairy or soy)
    2 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions

-Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
-Spray two mugs.
-Put 1/2 of the batter in each mug.
-Microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. Will appear slightly underdone but continues to cook. Feel free to microwave more (in 10 second intervals) if you want a cakier texture.
