I made this recipe last night, and I am not a fish person. I broiled it the first time 3 minutes, to make sure it was enough , took it out and then brushed with mixture, which is so easy to do. Then put back in for 5 minutes. This was absolutely the best recipe I've had!!! I could eat over and over - 1/15/09

Oh Lord! This recipe = AWESOME! Please note: I am not usually the cook in the family, but the more I want to eat healthier meals, the more I'm finding that I need to cook them for my family. This was simple enough for ME to make (I was SO PROUD to serve it!) Nothing but compliments! WILL MAKE AGAIN! - 8/8/10

Tasty. My husband isn't a big fan of fish so I was hesitant to try a new fish recipe, but he liked this. I did modify the recipe a little. I realized halfway through grating that I wasn't going to have enough Parmesan so I used Regiano to make up the difference. I also added a little garlic. - 12/20/08
