I enjoy fresh fruit and veggies everyday, along with all kinds of dishes. I try to make wise choices and strive for balance. Each one of us has different tastes/needs & are at different points. Choosing this over a 32-oz reg. Mountain Dew is an excellent choice. Food police not needed, thanks! - 6/13/08

great recipe. i agree that adding the sugar depends on how sweet the fruit is. I dont understand the complaints. you get the fiber of fruit but also get a delicious frozen treat and the calorie count is the same as eating that plain fresh fruit. anyone should know not to buy canned fruit in HFCS. - 6/13/09

No offense, but why not just enjoy a single serving of fruit? The orange juice, the canned peaches and the spoon of sugar all add up to an unnecessary sugar overload in my opinion, especially when you can purchase a frozen fresh fruit bar with LESS of the carbohydrates then this fresh recipe. - 11/21/07
