    1 CUP UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK

    1 TB UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

    1 TB STEVIA

    6 TB CHIA SEEDS

    1/2 SCOOP OF CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER

*I like to use Whey protein isolate it is the easiest to digest for me and taste the best in my opinion! *Inform yourself on the healthy ingredients in this recipe! *ENJOY!!!


Directions

All you do is add the ingredients to a medium size bowl and whisk until thickened (about 5 min.)! You can chill or serve right away! ENJOY!
