Ingredients

    3 Cups Sugar
3/4 cup (1&1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz)
1 11.5 oz pkg milk chocolate morsels
    1 jar (7 oz) Jet-puffed marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Heat sugar, butter and milk (pet) to full rolling boil in a heavy 3 quart saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil on medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234degrees F. Stirring constantly to prevent scorching, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Spread immediately into a foil lined 9x13 inch pan. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hrs.
Cut into 12 inch squares. Store in airtight containers.

If you click on the nutritional breakdown the ingredients for this recipe are not listed at all. Just some kind of marshmellow. - 1/3/12

Hello, I am just wondering how you get only .2 grams of fat in this when the butter, milk, chocolate and nuts have lots of fat. No doubt, this is a super tasting recipe. Hard to believe only .2 grams fat. - 4/29/11

I am lurking. I did not make or eat any fudge this Christmas, and found this, and wanted to get a mental picture of fudge! Yum. That was virtually delicious! - 12/25/10

    Incredible!
This is the recipe I have used for years. I omit the nuts. All other fudge I eat has to measure up to the goodness of this one. - 11/29/10
