We made this one this evening and man was it terrific! The only thing we did differently was add mozzarella cheese for the topping. Top notch. - 1/16/12

These were great. I didn't have diced tomotoes, just diced tomotoes with chiles. So mine were a little spicy but still tasted great. - 1/7/11

This was pretty good. I did make a few modifications. Added chopped spinach and onion and didn't use the Good Seasonings. Also only used 1/4 of the parmesan cheese since I forgot to add the rest at the end. - 11/7/16

These were amazing! I made some subs. due to ingredients on hand, used panco instead of bread crumbs and southwestern egg beaters. I used diced tomatoes with green chilies so I left out the red pepper flakes. I also mixed in some ground chicken and grated 1/2 an onion.
    They were great!
