Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
    1 onion chopped
    4 garlic cloves minced
    6 Tbls lemon juice
    4 Tbls olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In casserole dish or baking dish mix oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic and cilantro. Add chicken breast pieces and stir to coat with oil & lemon mixture.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
