Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 pounds potatoes cut into .5 - 1 inch cubes
    2 Tablespoons olive oil - EVOO is best
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    chili powder
    mrs dash
    and other spices as desired, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Scrub potatos and cut into .5 - 1 inch cubes
Add oil and desired spices to large ziploc bag.
Add potatos and shake to evenly coat all potato pieces.
Place in single layer on cookie sheet (I use the bottom of my roaster pan) and bake at 400 20-25 mins, stiring occasionaly, til golden brown and tender.
Makes 6 serving

    Wonderful!! I used Olive Oil and when almost done,
