    Very Good
I just got a new breadmachine and was looking for an easy recipe. This turned out very good! I made the 1.5 pound option and it only took 2 hours in my machine. Love the honey and oat taste to the bread. This will be a keeper. thanks! - 11/23/12

    Incredible!
First loaf since taking bread machine out of 15+ years' hibernation. Think I'll keep it on counter and keep making this bread! Honey makes it so sweet I love it with just a pat of margarine. I toasted a thick (1/2") slice and left it in what would be too long for most bread, but it was perfect. - 4/30/12

This one is a keeper. I reduced the honey to 1/4 cup and added additional water. I also added an extra teaspoon of yeast. It came out wonderful. - 9/20/10

    Incredible!
This was my absolute favorite bread machine wheat loaf!! It came out beautiful! So moist, and delicious! Will make again for sure! Love that you use white bread setting, so it doesn't take forever. I think the honey, and olive oil make this recipe! I stopped the baking 10min early...this makes moist - 6/28/10

Delicious! Definitely a keeper! Dense, tasty bread . . slices well, great toasted. We added 1/2 tsp yeast. Substituted honey with 1/3 c. + 1.5 T granulated sugar and 1.5 T applesauce. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/22/10

    Incredible!
Wow! This is delicious bread & the very first SP recipe that I've tried. I followed the recipe exactly but added 2 tablespoons of vital wheat gluten to make the loaves lighter. Used the dough setting and made two hoagie loaves in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes. Made healthy veggie subs! - 7/15/09

Made this last night. I added 1 Tbs of flax meal to the mix. I put it on the Dough setting, baked it in 2 bread pans at 350 for 30 minutes; then cooled it in the pan. It's sweet and moist, a definite keeper!
Question: Have you tried making it with milk (for extra nutrition) instead of water?

I added 1/2 tsp of yeast. But this bread is really quite good, very fluffy and moist, I am quite impressed. It came out better than the recipes from the book that came with my machine. YUM! - 4/5/09

This will be great bread when I figure out how to convert it to a one pound bread machine. Will work on that and try again. - 11/1/08

I run it on a 1.5 setting. that's the smallest on my machine. I will look into that for you too. Thanks for the comment.
So, I found some really useful info here: http://www.breadmachines.com/bread-machine
s/convertingrecipesarticle.cfm it explains how to cut the recipe to fit your machine.
