if you have time, you can add the meat inside the lasagna noodle and roll it up. Close each one individually with sarahn wrap and put them on a freezer. When ready to eat, pop it in the microave and heat. It makes a great snack. - 1/1/08

    Good
I followed the recipe but I don't know if it because I don't cook with ANY salt but I found this very salty. With cheese, cottage cheese (used no fat) and spinach all which are high in sodium it seems to me it would be. The flavour was good aside from that. - 3/1/15

    Very Good
I subbed turkey for beef to reduce the fat and 1/2 the spinach b/c I don't like spinach-very happy with the result. I loved the taste of this lasagna and thought it was a GREAT idea to roll the noodles up so you can easily control portion size! Otherwise, I could have eaten the whole dish! Yummy! - 9/23/11

My husband is a "choosey eater" and he liked this recipe. I did have to omit the spinach, though. :-) - 6/29/11

These were great! The kids were a bit iffy about the spinach, but I lied and said it was oregeno. I used whole wheat noodles to be a little more healthy. Im a lousey cook and these were easy and yummy! - 1/16/08
