    Incredible!
Unfortunately my husband burnt most of the potatoes on the grill, but from what I did taste, they were excellent. A different taste for sweet potatoes. I plan on making them again, possibly just roasting them in the oven (and praying that I don't burn them!!!) - 9/27/10

This was delicious!!! I omitted the cajun seasoning because I didn't have any but substitued green onions & nutmeg and a pinch of sugar. Foil pouched it and onto the bbq grill it went. Mouthwatering. - 8/3/08
