Re-hydrated some shiitakis I had and used Italian salad dressing mix for the spice. Was pretty tasty. The kind of recipe you can make many different ways. I think I'll give red chili flakes and garlic a try next time. - 1/31/11

I made this last night to accompany some marinated chicken breasts. I added a tablespoon of parmesan cheese and two tablespoons of parmesan vinaigrette salad dressing. The servings were plentiful, and both my husband and I loved it. - 12/4/09

I'm not a zucchini fan, but there was zucchini in my CSA box this week, so I'm going to try this for dinner. The instructions and description mention green beans - but I don't see them in the ingredient list? - 7/18/09
