    Incredible!
I've made this several times and love it. I rinse and drain the black beans and drain the tuna. I've used both canned corn (Niblets) and frozen corn — they're both good. I omitted the cilantro (to me, cilantro tastes like sweaty gym socks smell!) Simple to prepare & tasty! - 2/8/19

    Very Good
This made a good, quick meal. My black beans were made with jalapeños already so I skipped the salsa. Also I had tostada shells in the house so I made tostadas instead of tacos. Yummy! - 4/1/17

    Incredible!
This sounded intimidating, but I was hungry and had "nothing" to eat (e.g. quick or prepared) so I decided to be brave. It was AWESOME! The tuna is muted by the beans and salsa. Ate it with chips like a dip. So good! Much better than ordering pizza. - 10/7/12

I love this recipe! it is quick and really easy! I didn't even have cilantro and still liked it. The chili powder and salsa negate the fishy taste of the tuna. next time I will use less chili powder though, it was a bit spicey. - 12/12/11

Very good, and quick and easy to make! I usually serve it on a bed of baby spinach. My husband often makes it with chicken instead of tuna. - 6/7/10

I like the idea of adding chicken that would still up the protein but lower the sodium quite a bit....Thanks

This was good and easy to make. I don't really know about the tuna. I could take that or leave it; I'm not sure why it was in there. Could be done with other meats too, or without. I actually rolled it up in homemade whole-wheat tortillas which you can also find on this web site. - 4/4/08

I added chili powder and ground cumin and spooned this onto a bed of shredded lettuce on warm baked corn tortillas, topped with sour cream...pretty good. - 3/31/08

Very easy to make!! I bought corn tortillas, and had a hard time folding or rolling them, so just kind of layered it in bowl. Still great! Next time I am gonna add some heat though, probably some chili powder and tobasco. - 3/30/08

    Incredible!
I made it as a roll up on tortillas with reduced fat SC. It was delicious, and I don't particularly care for Black Beans. I will eat this again. Will be awesome for lunch tomorrow - 3/30/08
