Freezing the bananas first makes it so much yummier. 2 tbs of penut butter was enough for me, and added chocolate almond breeze instead. So good. Thanks for this - 9/7/10

This was AMAZING! This variation is my absolute favorite: 1/4 C oats first, blended until powdery (to give it a thick, creamy texture). Then, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, the banana, frozen (gives it milkshake consistency), vanilla milk. OH MY GOSH - it looks & tastes like a milkshake! - 1/14/11

Not bad, but I like my yogurt instead of the rice juice. I might try almond juice instead. - 3/15/19
