Introduction

This peach cobbler is very easy to make and doesn't skimp on flavor. This peach cobbler is very easy to make and doesn't skimp on flavor.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bottle del monte orchard select peaches (in light syrup)

    1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix

    cinnamon

Directions

Place peaches in bottom of a 9x9 glass pan or a glass pie plate (save juice)

Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon to taste

Mix 1/2 pkg yellow cake mix with syrup from bottled peaches and pour over peaches.


Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Serves 6 people

May top with fat free whip cream (not included in nutritional info)

    I made a few changes. Used white cake mix and cut in some lite cream cheese into the dry mix. I also used fresh peaches and sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice. - 8/10/08
