Ingredients

    1 tbsp Coconut flour
    1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Coconut Oil

Tips

You can use this bread anytime not just for breakfast. Takes 30 seconds to prep and 90 seconds to cook.


Directions

Place all ingredients in mug or ramekin, mix well to combine. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and run a butter knife around outer side of mug then turn over onto plate (sometimes it will come out on its own) slice horizontally into two slices.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings - 1 slice per serving
