Ingredients

3 California avocados (Hass/Haas)
1 cup medium salsa (I use the Pace brand)
1 Lime
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut open and scoop out the fruit of the avocados, discarding the peel and seed. Place into blender. Cut lime into wedges and squeeze over avocado. Pour in salsa, season with a dash or two of salt. Turn the blender on low/medium until all pieces of avocado are mostly pureed/chopped. Serve and enjoy!

This sounds perfect except - I would add a tiny bit of red onion, chopped finely & some chopped fresh cilantro! - 6/26/08

The salsa I used last time I made it was cilantro based...so it was amazing! But when I'm making it on the fly on lunch, just throwing an avocado and the salsa in the blender works just fine.
