This is exactly how I make guac, except I add a couple of cloves of garlic pressed in. LOVE it! If you want to cut the calories in half with no real difference in taste, roast some broccoli, let it cool, then grind it fine in a processor. Equal parts broc and avocado, and you can't tell!
This is how I make my guacamole, but we make our own salsa to add. The prepared salsa has too much sugar and too many preservatives for me. Making the salsa ourselves allows us to control the additives.
so easy and delicious. Also so much lower in calories than store brands.
I make mine like this but occasionally add a little fat free sour cream to it.
