    5 serving 1 Large Brown Egg
    8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 dash Salt

Tips

You can adapt the recipe to make a savory bread or a sweet bread but it is a yummy way to stay on track with eating low carb as each waffle is about 1 carb.


Directions

Mix up batter in blender. Let sit for 10 minutes, this is very important. Hit up mini waffle iron and spray with coconut oil, add batter and cook for 2 minutes. You can add different things to your batter instead of cinnamon like Every Bagel Seasoning or Swerve.
