Ingredients

    4 1/4 pack oven cooked Sainsbury's Pork Sausagemeat
    750 gram(s) Beef mince (lean, Sainsburys British Beef) (by NOME__)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 large Hard Boiled Egg
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Combine meat, seasoning and raw eggs place 1/2 to 2/3 in greased loaf pan. Place hard-boiled eggs down the centre length and top with remaining meat mixture. Cook at 180C for 50mins. (Optional: top with grated cheese and tomato slices.)
