WOW! This was delicious, my husband said peach cobbler and I said no much healthier, the kids loved it too. I poured some of the juice from the can of peaches in it, not alot but, just some so the oats wouldn't be hard, I will definately make this again so easy and delicious. Thanks for sharing. - 2/24/09

I used fresh peaches which I cut and put a little sugar and let them sit overnight to get a little bit of juice and then mixed with a couple packages of Quaker Simple Harvest Maple Brown Sugar with Pecans in substitution for the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Baked and yum! - 9/5/08

I really liked this. I put a pinch of pumpkin pie spice in it, and topped it with cool whip. I like the idea of adding raisins though. I'll do that next time. - 9/15/08

Fantastic. I used canned peaches with natural juices and doubled the recipe for a bigger crowd. Topped with a little non-fat Cool Whip, it was a dessert fit for company. - 9/13/08

I made this last night for our dessert. It was good, I think I'll bake it for a few minutes less next time, it was a little dry. I also will try quick oats instead of regular oats. The regular oats were kinda chewy. It's a heathly dessert, and the kids liked it too! - 9/4/08

Sooooo tasty. I used fresh peaches and added a little OJ for liquid. Next time I think I will add raisins too. And I served with some low-fat vanilla ice cream. My boyfriend also loved it. And I served it in cute little ramekins! - 9/15/08

omg, so yummy! I made something similar to this once, called it a "fruit crisp". It reminds me of that. I like the crispy texture, rather than all the buttery stuff. - 9/12/08

    Bad
Really didn't care for this. Too gluey--reminded me of very sticky oatmeal with peaches in it. Surely there is a better recipe out there for the same thing. Maybe leave out the flour and cut in just a bit of butter (even a TBS would help) - 1/23/11

This recipe is just too good. The only thing I did different was to use Splenda instaed of brown sugar and add 2 T chopped pecans, calories the same. I have also tried this with peaches and strawberries very good also. :) - 6/30/09
