Ingredients

    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long)
    Hatch whole green chiles (1 chile per serving), 2 chiles (from can or fresh)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .50 cup, chopped
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .50 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 2 pat
    White Pepper, to taste

Directions

Remove husk and silks from corn and bruch lightly to remove stuborn silk.
Cut corn from cob into skillet. Scrape cob with knife to get cream with kernals.
Dice chiles
Add butter and chilies and saute on low, add milk and continue to simmer, as liquid reduses add chicken broth, pepper to taste. Cover and keep temp low until done.
(Add salt if you like - I rarely salt food I let the person eating it salt their own.)
