    Incredible!
It was very good. I would definitely make again. I had it over Seeds of Change Seven Grains. I left out the extra salt. - 1/13/17

sooooo good, and so easy to make!! I was out of Lea&Perrins, so I substituted curry paste (to give flavor), and it is phenomenal...especially for the low calorie count!! - 6/22/11

Make this all the time and pour over Bisquick's heart healthy biscuits. It's a much healthier version of biscuits and gravy. My whole family really enjoys it. - 6/12/11

    Incredible!
Very good! Made with shredded turkey instead of ground since we had leftovers from another meal. Served over whole wheat drop biscuits - recipe from this site. Yum! - 12/4/09

    Incredible!
I make something similiar. You can also use canned tuna in place of the turkey. I like to pinch opposite sides of a slice of bread, push down into muffin tin and bake to make toast cups to serve the creamed tuna/turkey in. You can add red and green peppers or jar pimentos for color and flavor. - 4/18/09
