I never put artificial sweeteners in yogurt. If the fruit is sweet enough, you don't need any. Microwave frozen fruit for a few seconds, then stir in. The juice sweetness the yogurt. Also, try 1 or 2 Tbsps of Grape Nuts for crunch. - 7/16/15

This is similar to the snack I like except I less Greek yogurt and cereal, more fruit and no sweetener. I also add a banana, because bananas are suppose to help you absorb the calcium. While I heard banana and milk, and I figured a banana and plain Greek yogurt would work. - 7/16/15

I omitted any sweetener and it was so good. I was surprised the cals were so low when the parfait was so sweet. Local berries I assume. - 7/18/14

I don't use sweeteners in my yogurt as the fruit often is enough and when they aren't I use a little honey - I've made this for years and will continue to as it's so yummy - 7/16/20

The only kind of sweetness I like to add to my high protein greek or icelandic yogurt is honey. That's why I like to buy plain yogurt. Then I put a bit of honey in and that is delicious! - 7/16/18

I love it. This is like McDonalds yogurt parfait. You can use frozen fruit instead of fresh. I much prefer the nonfat vanilla yogurt over the plain to eat with this fruit and I never add any sugar to it. You won't need it. - 7/16/17

This is very refreshing! Of course there are so many other berries available also during the summer such as raspberries or blackberries, even mango! If the fruit is sweet and ripe in season, I really don't need the sugar substitute - 7/18/14
