I decided to use my food processor to make a tomato sauce because I don't really like the texture of raw tomatoes. I also blended the oregano into the tomato sauce to make sure it was evenly distributed and substituted mozzarella for provolone. Delicious! - 10/12/09

This was delicious! I added some more basil than oregano and I loved the flavor! Didn't have shredded provolone so I used two slices instead. It was extra cheesy and amazing! I don't like to use cooking spray so I just dabbed a bit of the olive oil on it. I will now start to crave this "pizza". Win! - 4/19/11

Made this for lunch everyday this week. Made tacos on Monday and used left over meat as a topping on pizza. Also found a tortilla that was 50 calories which cut some cals from the recipe. Had the guys at work drooling over my pizza. :) - 1/23/09

I don't use any oil on mine and I use a little marinera sauce instead of tomatoes and add chopped onion and green pepper. - 11/25/12

When you think you just have to have a piece of pizza, this is the recipe to go to. Satisfies that craving in a jiffy. The only reason that I didn't give it five stars is because my grand children weren't that thrilled. - 8/17/10

    Delish!
Thank you for this quick and easy lunch idea. I used a spinach garlic wrap in place of tortilla to keep my carb count down.

Compared to the Lean Cuisine version of this pizza lunch, I like this because of the fresh tomatoes and olive oil. It is tastier. - 1/16/09

I am a fan, I played around with what had in the house tried tuna with sweetcorn and onion reduced cheddar but it was fantastic and surprisingly filling. Will try other variations but I'm hooked... thankyou for sharing this idea - 7/6/13

I love this little pizza. I make it for lunch at least once a week. I use shredded provolone cheese instead of grated provolone, though. - 4/11/13

I used blue corn tortillas instead of whole wheat and I added chicken to it. It was the first time my mom had ever had a tortilla pizza and she wasn't too sure about it. I'm glad to see that she's coming around to this "easy-on-the-pocket-book" idea! - 8/16/12
