Great cookies. I just had my son and his friend make them for a project for school. Easy peasy. I assume the serving size is "one" cookie? - 2/26/09

WOW! My husband, 2 yr old and I love this cookie. I made it with the wrong oats ( not instant)...I should have added another egg :P. These will be a regular in our home! Thanks for the great recipe!
Addition: I made these cookies again (the right way) and froze some of the batter, YUM!

This cookie was a great snack and is worth every calorie. Cookies stayed soft for about a week and a half, then there were no more cookies!
    Enjoy this recipe too.

I doubled the recipe with only 5 cups of oatmeal. I had to add 3 more eggs to moisten the batter. Then I had to smoosh them flat with a spoon on the cookie sheet (otherwise they were balls). I would make them again...tasty! - 9/23/13

Great! I added ground flax seeds to the dough. My husband & girls loved them. The dough made 50 cookies. I'm impressed. Next time I'll substitute raisins instead of chocolate and use Splenda instead.

Well I made these cookies again....this time I replaced half the butter with applesauce...had to reduce the time to about 7 mins. and cooked at 350...overall the cookie is more cake like, but fulling and not tempted to go back for more. Definitely satisfies the sweet tooth, only used a cup of sugar - 4/24/11
