1 lb Butterball All Natural Ground White Turkey**(less fat, less cholesterol)
    1 egg white

    1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Be sure to mix well so that all ingredients are well distributed but don't overwork as it will make meat tough.

This burger was delicious! We added a small amount of mild curry paste instead of the curry powder. Thanks! - 5/10/09

These were a wonderful surprise! I wasn't sure my family would like them, but my son (usually a picky eater) asked for seconds and DH - who hates curry - wants these from now on instead of beef burgers! I reduced the curry to 1/8 tsp.; he never even knew, but it was just right for us. - 1/29/09

This is my go to recipe when making turkey burgers. I tried many other recipes, but this one leaves the burgers so most every time. - 8/29/12

I just made these, minus the onion and they are so good!!! I had one (bunless) with fresh sliced tomatoes, and a baked sweet potato. Very good dinner! Thanks!!! - 7/26/11

There are the best turkey burgers ever. I eat them often but have never been able to find the right seasoning combination. We'll be eating these a lot. Even my picky eaters love them. I used pre-made plain bread crumbs instead of bread. - 10/4/10

I wasn't sure about turkey burgers, but I tried this recipe. I kind of winged it on the seasonings as I had to make more then 1lb but it still was a success. Everyone liked it, including my mother who's a very picky eater. - 3/23/10

Just fantastic! We make Greek Turkey Burgers all the time and we were looking to change it up a bit. This did the trick! I did have to add some more breadcrumbs, because one slice worth wasn't enough. We'll be adding this into our regular rotation! - 2/20/09
