Had to modify this before I liked it. Used frozen bananas, hazelnut flavored instant coffee, only 1/2 c skim milk with 1/8 c of fat-free vanilla yogurt. Diet Swiss Miss tastes funny to me, so I used chocolate syrup (less than 1 Tbsp). - 7/30/09

I make this smoothie at least once a week, it's so tasty. Instead of the cocoa powder I use 1 scoop of Usana chocolate shake mix, but it is delish either way!! - 6/8/09

I substituted 1/2 cup of yoghurt, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1 Tbsp Ovaltine, 1 Tbsp decaf instant coffee and two drops of Stevia liquid. Added in 2 tsps of ground flax as well. Definitely worth trying again. Thanks for sharing! - 5/10/13

How do you freeze bananas? Whole and in the peel? Unpeeled and cut up, then frozen in a freezer bag? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks! - 2/12/09
