Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Had to modify this before I liked it. Used frozen bananas, hazelnut flavored instant coffee, only 1/2 c skim milk with 1/8 c of fat-free vanilla yogurt. Diet Swiss Miss tastes funny to me, so I used chocolate syrup (less than 1 Tbsp).
Delicious! This has become my new favorite for breakfast. I add my protein powder and I'm good to go.
I use this recipe with my protein powder and freeze the bananas for a thicker drink.
