This reminded me of cornbread & would be delicious w/chili or as a replacement for cornbread in Mexican casseroles, I'd think. Also, is sooo yummy when we made an olive oil dipping sauce with garlic & spices. Ooooh, and tried it toasted w/a slice of tomato & avocado. Delicious gf or paleo option! - 4/20/12

    O.K.
This turned out very dry. I did toast it with melted cheese on top and that made it better. - 2/21/13

OK, so mine is very dry and didn't turn into a batter. I followed the recipe exactly. What happened? It's just a crumble of wet flour... - 8/7/12

    O.K.
Ofcourse this doesn't taste like white or wheat flour bread. It's definitely more dense. Also, it doesn't seem to rise. Perhaps I didn't use the correct measurments of baking soda. Also, it has a bit of an aftertaste for me. It's okay. I may need to tweak the recipe. - 4/3/12
