Introduction

Simple Meatloaf that could also be used for meatball mix. Simple Meatloaf that could also be used for meatball mix.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs. Ground Beef
    2 eggs
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup(Dry Mix)
    1 tbsp. Parsley, dried
    1 tbsp. Garlic powder (or to taste)
    1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning (or to taste)
    1 tbsp. Onions, dehydrated flakes
    1/3 cup Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
    2 tsp Pepper, black (or to taste)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Form into a loaf or place into loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Drain excess grease, cut and serve.
