I've never had a salad like this before and I am so glad I did!! I can't wait to share it with my friends tomarrow!!

I only had nonfat plain yogurt so I added a little bit of vanilla extract and unsweetened applesauce. Tastes good to me!

What a nice salad for a change of pace. The chicken makes it more of a meal. Calories and sodium are in a good range, a little high on the carbs but that's because f all the fruit. Good way to get your daily allowance! - 3/16/07

Used all Gala apples. Had plain Greek yogurt so I added about 2t. honey and a bit of vanilla. Since I didn't think I had enough of the yogurt I added a small "plop" of Miracle Whip. Toasted almonds, too. Nice refreshing salad. Can't wait to defrost some Costo Rotisserie chicken for lunch tomorrow. - 5/13/13

This is good. The calorie calculations are off though. I added 6.5 oz of chicken so I recalculated calories and it came out with 256 per portion. I used 6 oz. yoplait light vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup walnuts and raisins. I think this recipe calculated 1/2 cup walnuts and raisins? - 10/18/09
