Phenomenal - exactly what I wanted, great light texture, fantastic flavor, and soooooo easy! No improvements to suggest, although I used Soy Milk and regular oats instead of steel-cut due to ingredients on hand. Paired it with Butternut Squash soup - yum! - 3/5/09

    Incredible!
The Best Bread! Excellent wheat soda bread flavor with added nutrition and a more moist texture than traditional soda bread. It is very hearty and filling. My family LOVED it! I will be making this again and again. Thank you!! - 3/18/11

    Very Good
So delicious straight from the oven - YUM! It is definitely dense, but I love dense breads. The crust on it is super thick, so it can be a little hard to cut without a good bread knife. - 6/1/10

    Good
Quite good, but a bit different flavor that takes some getting used to. Also, it was a little denser and more crumbly than I had hoped. All in all, a good recipe, though. Thanks for sharing! - 4/9/10
