Both my husband and I really enjoyed these. I found it easier to put the marinade in a big zip lock bag and put each mushroom in for a few minutes at a time (I thought the marinade adhered to them nicer, too). Just a suggestion. Thanks for sharing! - 6/6/09

    Incredible!
I added a little olive oil to the mix, and used Swiss cheese topped with caramelized onions served on 110 calorie whole wheat buns- it was WONDERFUL! - 6/27/12

Great alternative to burgers. I left the cheese off and it still tasted great. - 2/11/10

I made this recipe with a little less vinegar, plus a teaspoon of olive oil and more garlic, which I love. Turned out amazing! - 6/3/09
