Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2.5 bananas
    1/3 cup honey
    1/4 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add the wet to the dry and mix until just moistened. Put in a 325* oven for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry!

    I like it and it fulfills the 'sweet' that I am looking for, but a little too dense. I made mine with half wheat/white flour. I think I add raisins next time. Overall, good and easy! - 5/18/09

    Very Good
    Really good--but not too sweet, so if you're looking for that this isn't the recipe for you. I love that it uses whole wheat flour and honey. I used three bananas and added extra cinnamon, a shake of nutmeg and a handful of raisins. Good stuff! - 4/23/09
