Quite good! I used half the teriyaki sauce and half the garlic powder. Also I added one teaspoon of toasted sesame oil for more flavor. After baking the meatballs, I combined them with stir-fried green pepper, onion, and pineapple, and served them over cauliflower-rice. Yum! - 2/4/13

My son and I liked these; my husband and daughter didn't. I thought they were good and will make them again anyway. I basted them halfway through the cooking process with additional teriyaki sauce, and placed them on a cookie cooling rack over a 9X13 pan so they weren't swimming in the fat. - 1/4/10

Hubby and I tried this with brown rice. I probably should of made smaller meatballs--the flavor didn't seem to run all the way through the larger size. Definatly have to try it again. - 7/6/10

I used turkey instead of the beef for something different and added them to stir fry teriyaki veggies to make a meal. My crew loved them. There are endless possibilities for these tasty little meatballs. - 1/8/13

Not a single member of my 5-person family liked this. Very salty and not a fan of the teriyaki flavor. I made small meatballs. Seemed like measurements were off to me... My 7 yr old tolerated it, my 5 yr old ate it begrudgingly, and my 2 yr old didn't touch it. Hubby tossed 1/2 of his too. - 4/18/12

Prepared this recipe a few days ago. Have found the leftover meatballs keep well in the refrigerator, easily pack for lunch. I will reduce the garlic next time - personal preference. - 10/11/09

I liked it. I agree that the seasonings might be too strong, as my husband and I enjoyed it but the kids thought it was too "spicy". Will adjust seasonings next time! - 9/16/09

Used 2 lbs of hamburger and minced garlic instead of powder, never have leftovers with my 3 guys in the house. Usually serve with brown rice, going to try some stir fry with red/yellow peppers, snow peas and onions... - 4/24/13

Good, but I only used about half of the 1/3 teriyaki sauce because it looked like A LOT as I was pouring that into the mix. It still was over-powering - very moist though. Next time I'll only use a 1/4 cup of green onions and even less teriyaki. Served with brown rice and fresh broccoli. - 9/15/12

I made this for my picky fiancé and he loved it! I did put a LITTLLLLLE more than 3 tsp of ginger by accident but it turned out delicious and juicy!! If you make it in an air fryer I recommend putting something under the meatballs like a heat resistant mini pan so that it can remain juicy (since - 8/18/20

Good recipe with simple ingredients! I halved the garlic powder, and omitted the ginger, but it was still tasty. I made them for a Super Bowl party, and they were a hit - even my husband was shocked when I told him it was a spark recipe! :) - 2/9/16

my problem is the high calorie count for ONE meatball! WHO could stick to ONE meatball or even 2?
using chicken or turkey would at least reduce the fat and thus the calorie count...

Made this with ground turkey and we all really didn't like this recipe. I thought it just had too much of everything in it. Maybe it would have been better if we would have just stuck with ground beef! - 2/1/13

Super yummy. Reminds me a little bit of a potsticker filling. I thought they would dry out in the oven if uncovered, but they were moist and full of flavor. Very easy to make, only takes a minute to throw together and pop in the oven.
