This is teriffic! Everyone I know loves it. Buy a pie shell and take it anywhere. Regular Vanilla Pudding works great, too.

Saw this in other Spark recipes and it lived up to all the high recommend comments that I read. Works well, too for my low carb hubby who doesn't do fruit all that often. One recommend - a pretty, clear pie plate makes this sparkle and look good, too. - 7/11/18

This was good but thinking I may use 1% milk next time instead of water. Hoping this will give it a creamier texture. However, it was good as is. - 6/20/11

Can't wait to try this but I have a question: Do you have to use the "cook and serve" pudding or can you use instant (with milk instead of water) and not cook it? - 8/14/10

This is an AWESOME recipe! Thanks for the great idea! :) I made 2 pies this weekend- 1 with frozen raspberries, 1 with fresh strawberries. Both were delish :)

This is great served in single serving dishes as well. Some chopped walnuts on top were a bonus!

this is a low calorie knock off of a local restaurant's Fresh Strawberry Pie. That is one of my favorite desserts, of course thiers is made with sugar and topped with real sweetened whipped cream. I think I like this one better, I put lite cool whip on it adding 20 calories. Yummm

For someone who loves to eat sweets and is watching weight, this is a delicious dessert. I brought the regular pudding mix and it still was delicious. will make it again. - 6/20/10

Just had this tonight. Fantastic tasting crust-less pie. I am going to try other mixtures of fruit and Jell-O gelatin, too. I heard from a team leader that the whole pie was worth 4 points? Six or 4 points, it's still a special treat. - 5/31/10

It is so hard to find a good low calorie dessert. This REALLY hits the spot. Even when you go back for another slice you aren't doing too much damage;) Loved it!!!
Just a note for those making it for the first time, I sliced my strawberries to thick. I think diced would be best;)

We really loved this. Couldn't find small boxes of anything, so I had to guesstimate, but it turned out pretty good. Used frozen strawberries and topped it off with the sugar free Cool Whip. Yummmm. - 1/24/10

This was delicious! I did add two packets of truvia to the pudding mix after it had cooled. It almost tasted bitter w/o them. I took it to a family function. My sister brought a frozen lemon merange (sp?) pie. I didn't tell anyone mine was healthy. Mine was long gone b3 hers!!! :) - 8/20/09
