Ingredients

    1 lb shrimp
    9oz lingini
    8 garlic cloves
    .25 cup butter
    1 tsp olive oil
    fresh parsley
    ground pepper
    red pepper flakes

Directions

Boil pasta in water till tender save 1 cup of pasta water for use later. Melt butter over medium heat add garlic then add shrimp. Cook 5-7 min until shrimp begin to curl. Add oil add pasta and seasonsonings. Add just enough pasta water so that it is not dry but not too runny.

    I just made this for dinner! It is so GOOD!!! I added some mushrooms to it because my husband and I both LOVE mushrooms. And I added a few tomatoes for color and some added flavor! This is definitely one of my new favorite meals! - 9/24/10

    I love mushrooms too! They help prevent against breast cancer I am going to try them next time I make this.
