-add garlic and pepper
-Gradually pour in milk until well blended and creamy
-Stir in mozzarella until melted.
-Mix in parmesan

Tasty! I also added mushrooms and cut it back to 2 servings: 2 ounces of nonfat cream cheese, 1 clove of garlic, 1/4 cup of 2% milk, 1 mozzarella cheese stick cut up in chunks, 1/8 cup of a 3 cheese blend (parmesan, romano and asiago). Perfect portion! - 9/6/13

I used this to top pizza (Easy Yeast Free Pizza submitted by BRFIED). I used 1/2 the garlic and added 2/3C cooked spinach. I spread it on the crust and topped with a little more mozzarella cheese. It was yummy. Think next time I'll try adding some artichoke and using it w/tortilla chips! - 6/27/11

This was good, especially for as healthy as it was compared to regular alfredo sauce. I added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it (my fiance likes thicker sauces) and some more mozz cheese for extra cheesy flavor. - 2/8/09

    Bad
Does not thicken. Any good Alfredo sauce uses heavy cream, so I was skeptical about this to begin with. Sure enough, I was right. Taste was decent, but it is straight milk. Also, the cheese clumps up and separates at the bottom of the pan regardless of how much you stir and mix it. - 3/31/17

The mozzarella cheese I used didn't completely melt into the sauce, even after cooking for a long time, so it was lumpy. The taste was ok. It definitely needs something, maybe some herbs or other spices. - 6/4/11

I served it over fettucine and in a separate pan, I sauteed chicken, broccoli, chopped spinach and chopped asparagus. Amazing! Will make this again and again! - 5/10/11

This wasn't bad. It needed something more for taste. I added some salt (usually try to avoid salt, but it was all I could think of). I've never made Alfredo Sauce before so I wasn't sure how to spice it up. I will definitely use this recipe again...it still was very good. - 7/26/08
