Very good! Next time I'm going to add just a bit more mango and a little less vinegar, but over all, very good! :) - 8/11/11

I make this salsa with a bit of fresh avacado, canned jalo peppers and lime juice, no sugar. A dash of white balsalmic vinegar adds alot of depth. Great on fish tacos! - 2/16/09

The jalenpanos made this too overpowering. I added just a sliver of fresh habenero's and the sweet and spicy were great together! - 9/17/08

I use this recipe with some minor alterations (I don't use garlic, and my version has cubed cucumber and sliced red jalapenos) and it is amazingly good. It lasts a few days in the fridge, too. - 7/30/07

Very good, I added a little chopped hot pepper for zing and did parsley instead of cilantro, don't like the taste of cilantro. Served it with swordfish, yum Will definitely make again - 8/31/14

I made this for salmon last year; it was amazing! It is also very good with just plain corn chips as a dip if you add less vinegar! - 3/29/09

I added jalapeno pepper to the salsa and it gave it alot more depth. I put it over the Taquilla Lime Chicken in the bbq section. Perfect together - 7/4/07
