I did NOT use the sugar. But, I did add 2 jalapenos for some kick. It is wonderful, everyone liked it.
I make this salsa with a bit of fresh avacado, canned jalo peppers and lime juice, no sugar. A dash of white balsalmic vinegar adds alot of depth. Great on fish tacos!
