excellent! I add tomato and leave out the salt and pepper. Perfect for fish tacos
Finally found some ripe mango in the supermarket last week and made something like this recipe. I didn't add salt or pepper. I cut up a sweet red bell pepper and sprinkled in some hot red pepper flakes. Yummy with my bean enchiladas.
